We went there for lunch. We ordered Amritshari Thali...chole bhature and myshore masala Dosa.... Quantity was good.. presentation was impressive but in all three dishes salt was very less. See the photo of papad very oily and over cooked...... customer service was not good at all. I ordered some sweets and samosa and bread pakoda ...I paid and get receipt went on counter three people ware working on one order no one come to serve me... I told cashier she said they are preparing big order......it looks like my order was not important to them.....we needs to take this issues seriously if they are thinking we need them they can treat us like baggers. Worst experience of customer service in my 25 years of New Zealand stay.. today's experience was the worst...see the photos I bought eight pyaz kachori from them girl gave me in paper bad fully filled with big kachories on top and worst even see the Amount of chutney to eat 8 pyaz kachories . I paid $32 but not even give me carry bag.. when I carry paper bag full of kachories up to car paper bag broken and I wasted my $32.. they treat people like bagger evenhough you paid them the amount of the food whatever they asked. Shame on you guys. Improve customer service and treat customer like a GOD . Whatever you are today only because of customers. I hope you train your girls properly how to do customer service . I will visit again to check within a month otherwise I have to lodge a complain to...

We came here to celebrate our marriage anniversary with family. We first ordered tikki, bhalla papdi chaat and paapdi chaat. Tikki was nice and crunchy. Bhalla papdi chaat and paapdi chaat was yummy. In Dinner we ordered 2 kadai paneer, 1 veg jalfrezi and 1 channa masala with 4 butter naan and 4 roti, 1 amritsari kulcha, 2 chowmin/noodles. We ordered channa masala bcoz we have already taste it in tikki chaat and we really liked it.thats why we ordered channa masala in dinner too. But nothing was good as we expected. Veg jalfrezi gravy and kadai paneer gravy was of same taste. I think they uses the same gravy of kadai paneer in veg jalfrezi. Channa masala was totally different in taste like they served in tikki chaat. They serve spegitti on name of chowmin. Usually chowmin are thick but what they serve on the name of chowmin was very thin. Moreover they add haldi/ turmeric powder in chowmin. seriously,who is using haldi in chowmin. No taste of chowmin. After dinner we bought some sweets. Jalebi and amarti. Jalebi was really good. But amerti tastes very bad. After chewing amarti, it feels like foul taste of oil. We immediately return it and buy more jalebi instead. It's really bad experience and spoil our mood and evening too. We are spending our hard earned money and expecting the good quality in return. Attention @Shiani owner please teach your staff basics of customer service. If they wanted to show ego, rudeness to the customer who are paying money. they don't care or give a damm about customer service, or basic humanity.Specifically lady name Jaspreet. When I ordered online pickup order for 1:15 to be picked up i was there @ 1:30 & the order was not ready I understand that due to less staff or over volume you guys were busy but when the counter staff approached her she was damm rude not to me but to her colleague as well & said on my face I am not preparing this order I am going to serve the customer in queue. When the staff informed her that the order was supposed to be done by 1:15 & now it's already 2pm customer is standing here with the baby first give her order & she repeatedly keep ignoring his colleague & me. At last my order was done after servicing the other customer first. So my question is do you guys have any policy of saying sorry to the customer, or atleast have little courtesy to your own colleagues? I felt so bad for the staff who has to go through this kind of situation god knows if owner is doing anything to look after this kind of issues where one human is treating other as rubbish and refuse to do their job.
