Eye-lashes- ( Flares) My sister got her lashes done by the Indian lady there. The first two days they fell off and when she called in they said come in and they will refund her $45. When we went in to get her refund they refused and said they can do her lashes the following day, we said no because she had bad experience and why would we want to come back . They said they checked the cameras and can't find my sister coming in to do her lashes and said to come back next day so they can ask other staff who did her lashes. At this point it was getting ridiculous going back and fourth and now stating she didn't visit there salon, the workers were talking in their language which was rude and then the Indian lady that works there tries to jump in and say come in tomorrow to sort it out, I said to her we not coming in tomorrow because the work they did on my sister was very poor and now there customer service was just as bad. If you were the Manager why didn't you come to the counter and talk to us properly rather than sitting there? Your manager definitely needs a lot of training on how to deal with situations like this and not hide behind the workers then run her mouth. My feedback was - your prices are expensive compared to your competitors at Lisa’s maybe you should look at dropping prices down because Lisa (who I normally go to) are at full capacity the lines are out the door yet you only have me and my daughter in here oh and one sweet little girl and her mum(I did apologise to them when we left)
They told me not to come back - I got no apology for how they treated us - They also didnt finish my daughters nails and said we had to leave - I paid $119 and they didnt give me my monies worth. Not one single worker apologised they all kept quiet like they were all scared of their manager.
If you hire students for school holidays make sure they are trained in customer service so they know how to handle feedback - Shes lucky I wasn’t in Karen mode today 😡😡😡

Read moreBooked an appointment over the phone, the nice lady said to come through at 9:30 and we arrived on time and no one was at the front so we waited an hour to do our lashes. I did some facial threading and waxing which I rate, it was a solid 4. The issue was, the lashes. My sister and I came to do them, I understand now why they’re so cheap. They were crusty and hard. The glue stung the eyes so bad, she literally took 20 mins to do mine and 10-15 to do my sister. They didn’t last long. The glue didn’t set well, the lashes fell off within hours of having them on. The pad she used for the bottom of my eye was so uncomfortable, I told her it hurt my eye and she moved it and it still hurt. I’ve done my lashes at many home bases and the service compared to the home bases do not compare. The lady was in a rush and the fan to dry the lashes stopped working? So she handed me a pamphlet to fan the lashes. My sisters eyes were blood shot red (which never ever happens doing our lashes), and we both REGULARLY do our eye lashes and wanted to try this place out since they were cheaper and recommended by others. I understand now why, but as a professional business it’s unacceptable and I don’t recommend this place for eyelash...
