To secure a room, I spoke to Ms Suparna on 28th sep,21 @3.00pm. she had two rooms available and offered, one with attached bathroom for $700 pw and another with common bathroom $500 pw. Next day, on my visit, she said a room with common bathroom is gone......meaning either there was no room with common bathroom ever Or without asking me first she alloted to new customer so no priority or no calling back. On very next day @10.00am, visiting and meeting her personally we priced and selected the room with attached bathroom. She took my phone number, email i.d. and said I am sending you an email with booking details. Today is 5th October, 21 @ 8.12am hasn't received any reply or email whatsoever................but on the phone, she has been friendly asking "do you speak the same language?" and had a good faith chat and I was assured that I will get the accommodation ...............But still in limbo..............meaning, if there is no rush, they can promise a lot.........but the next moment room is gone............they don't want to know you,..........such an unprofessional and personal dealing.............never ever going or thinking to go there.........good bye...

I brought a few issues to the attention of management which should not have been there, some are minor but others not really acceptable based on my experience of other motels/hotels. So here we go. A window latch was missing so I couldn't shut the window fully on one side, sofa was covered in dried water and paint marks so it was unusable, one pillow cover had pen marks all over it so we used the spare pillow instead, walls had recently repaired but not painted over, carpet was not vacuumed properly, toilet roll holder was missing. There were 3 of us sharing a room but bath towels only provided for 2 people. Beds had no headboards. The front courtyard was full of bird droppings this should be regularly hosed down. Bathroom looked new but water kept leaking from under the shower glass. Sadly I will not return to see if improvements...
Read moreThis was the absolute worst experience I have ever had with booking accommodation. I had difficulty paying for my room that I booked weeks in advance due to a fault on the Agoda website. I called the lodge every day trying to make manual payment and ensure my booking stood (which they assured me would be the case). I was then notified at 9pm the night before I was due to arrive for my stay that actually they have given my room to someone else, despite assuring me on multiple occasions that this would not happen. When they realised they had messed up they then continuously hung up half way through phone calls trying to sort it out. It caused so much stress and worry and meant that I had to pay twice as much elsewhere when I finally found somewhere available. Absolutely appalling service. Would not...
