🥐 Almond Croissant $8 Tastiness🌕🌕🌕🌕🌗 🏮Impressions🏮 Crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, with a flaky exterior and a soft bread texture. The croissant is lightly brushed with maple syrup, topped with toasted almond slices and powdered sugar. Each bite is pure bliss! 😍

🥐 Black Sesame Croissant Tastiness🌕🌕🌕🌕🌗 🏮Impressions🏮 Crispy on the outside, incredibly soft in texture, and filled with a rich black sesame filling! Absolutely delicious!

🍔 Bacon Hamburger Tastiness🌕🌕🌕🌕🌗 🏮Impressions🏮 Although the burger may look ordinary at first, it's a revelation once you take a bite! The bread has a hint of sea salt, and the fluffy scrambled egg, paired with the refreshing and appetizing sweet chili sauce, is extremely satisfying! Truly enjoyable!

Visited Mibo today, highly recommended by a friend, and it was bustling with people! There are limited indoor seating options, but as soon as you enter, you're greeted by the delightful aroma of croissants. If you're in Auckland, you must give it a try! It's best to arrive before 10 a.m., as popular flavors tend to sell...

So I got an almond croissant for 8 NZD and a pistachio croissant for 8.5 NZD. At first, I intended to have these babies for dine-in with a coffee, but since the place was full (I think I arrived at around 12-1 pm?), another takeaway, then.

First, the almond croissant. Solid 8.5/10. The shell was still crunchy even after it got hit by Auckland's strong winds during my way back to the apartment. Gotta say I love the filling they used here, smooth almond-flavored cream with very moderate sweetness. And I think they also put fine grinds of almonds too? Overall, the croissant macthed perfectly with my homemade iced latte.

The pistachio croissant was quite similar in terms of sweetness/taste. Although, I discovered that the shell was slightly better, crunchier, and more solid than the almond one (?) might be just my feeling tho. But anyway, I can tell that they used real grinded pistachio nuts in the filling. Because I actually bit a small chunk of pistachio nut that was sooo hard lol. But it's alright, 8.5/10 👍

It was my second time in the cafe today, the Ruben sandwich has me in a chokehold it’s so fricken good, the best I’ve ever had! Never take it off the menu!! My partner also throughly enjoyed his chicken focaccia sandwich, the bread is so insanely soft and delicious. My coffee was delicious and I can’t wait to go through the menu 🙈 pastry’s look incredible! There isn’t much seating only because it’s so busy, there’s actually a few xtra seats to the right behind the counter we didn’t see at first. There is a line every time I walk past but it will always be a line I’ll wait in! This weight doesn’t put itself on! The best cafe in nz hahah Also I wish we could reply to comments because I totally disagree with the comments about too much ice, I prefer icey iced latte as i prefer a stronger sip.
