Very pleased with the customer service I received from Bren and Ink & Brayer. I ordered some cushions online during the xmas/new year break and as such was expecting delays because of the usual closedown/supply chain changes during that time. However, Bren still reached out personally to inform me of the delay and made sure I felt like a valued customer, and even sent a complimentary gift because of the delay. The cushions are also very high quality products that work well in my living space, so I can also vouch for the products being priced well to match their quality. Overall an excellent experience and I will be recommending Bren's business to others as well as keeping an eye on products I may personally want...

I just purchased the most luxurious, amazingly gorgeous, soft Harlequin Block Pastel Throw. It is literally an explosion of color and comfort on my couch, and on my lap! Exquisite, magical, and from a Kiwi perspective (or any lover of perfection) brings all the feels! Without a doubt, I will order more, for myself and for gifts, in the future. Not to mention I saw these in a store, procrastinated, left that town, and then luckily found them online and purchased last minute.
