The service was real bad. The manager did not care when I showed him a picture of my last pizza which was burnt. The manager blamed the dough. Surely if it was a dough problem you would adjust the cooking time. Then I decided to order anyway since I was there and I had hungry kids at home. I came into the store after my 15 minutes was up and told the manager what my name was and he said my order wasn't ready so I waited another 13 minutes until the young man that originally served me found my order that had been sitting there going cold the whole time. I got home to cold pizza surprise surprise . I am absolutely disgusted with the service from the manager who obviously does not care at all. I will not go...

After a simple order of a pizza and a drink, the pizza came without too much delay after about 20 minutes. However, the drink was forgotten, which then took a further 50 minutes to arrive! The only reason a second star was given after such abysmal service is that the pizza itself was well cooked and the driver was very apologetic. A strong recommendation to such a busy store - either hire a second driver to alleviate the work load to get orders properly done in time, or at least give an approximation as to how long my bumbled up order will take to correct instead of being left expecting a drink for nearly an hour, despite the store being 4 minutes drive away according to Google maps. Just getting time to post up now. So we ordered some Buffalo wings saturday night & was a bit red closer to the bone. Called them to tell them and all they said was "once it leaves the store it's out of our hands"🤦‍♀️ was not driving all the way back to the shop. But very unhappy with the way the guy on the phone handled the situation. Definitely won't be back, chips were cold, pizza looked slapped together. $19.99 pizza looking like a $5 range pizza 🤮 If you don't want to be at work and do the job properly then quit. We pay to get a good food and I think yall couldn't care less! If it had the option to rate it no star i would give it a solid 0. Get it together...
