I ordered two single vineyard wines online. The shop said they only had one in stock and would send another single vineyard wine as a replacement.

After a week, I received one single vineyard wine and one estate-level wine, which is lower level.

When I asked them, they said, "We only have those wines, that is why I sent those two."

What a reason.

They didn't inform me about the change before sending it. I could have bought the estate wine cheaper elsewhere.

If you're buying online from this shop, double-check every detail and confirm their stock before ordering.

Thank you for your response. I appreciate the good price on the McCrone, which is why I purchased it from your website. However, my dissatisfaction is not about the price.

During our initial phone conversation, you mentioned the Kotinga as a replacement for the McCrone, which I was unaware of before. You informed me that you could replace the McCrone with the Kotinga, and that was the basis of my understanding.

I understand that the Estate is still a good price, but if I had known you were sending the Estate, I would have only ordered one bottle of the McCrone. I work in the wine industry in Auckland and could have gotten the Estate at a cheaper price. My intention was to buy the McCrone due to its 2018 vintage and the good price listed on your website, not the Estate.
