Istanbul kebab kerikeri — Restaurant in Bay of Islands-Whangaroa Community

After a good weekend, we had to wait awhile for our flight. So for a treat, out friends brought us here. Must be a favorite, because I was waiting people were picking up takeaways. They've got a massive wall Tv of I guess a drone bird's eye view of Istanbul & it's cliffs, hidden jewel sites & luscious sceneries. I had chicken & falafel on rice, came with was beetroot salad, couscous & u chose what selections of salads & sauces. Worth the stop. Definitely worth...

First time eating this wonderful cuisine. Amazing ! Their kebabs, garlic bread, chips, scrumptious salads were oh so fresh and delicious. Staff were absolutely awesome ! (Thank you for serving us rugged looking people...1 in pyjamas, the other in work clothes and boots) On the downside .... falafel had great flavour but it was very dry. And the precooked chicken and lamb was my least favourite thing. Would I eat / buy from there again? MOST...

Even the drinks are a reasonable price, they are obviously looking after Kerikeri town. I wish other food outlets in Kerikeri could do the same!

others are closed early if open at all. these guys are open late, and have the best options at the best prices.
