Terribly slow service at 15:45pm on a Friday. We had searched up what he wanted so that we could go there, order and go home. No staff members noticed us at the counter for a few minutes. My son who has Down Syndrome showed the young man the online coupons we had downloaded. He read the guy the code and pointed to the meals we had chosen. He punched buttons on the cashiers till, asked what flavour dessert my son wanted and if there was anything else. Ordered a frozen Coke. Guy then asked if there were any coupon codes or anything? Waited for 12 minutes when there was 1, maybe 2 cars in the drive through we saw from inside. Another customer went to collect their children's desserts. They were told that BK had run out of crumbs so would they like another topping? When he put the desserts on the counter, one tipped, lollies and sprinkles fell out. He did apologize, but it honestly looked like he wasn't competent. After checking our meals and waiting another few minutes to be served, we were given the frozen Coke that wasn't in our takeaways we had ordered. On our arrival home, we found my son's nuggets were missing & no serviettes in our bag. This was very disheartening since we don't get takeaways much, and had selected before getting the store thinking it would be a quick stop, not a 15 minute ordeal. Meal was okay, but not great. Read moreWanted to enjoy a meal either my family but was very dissatisfied with the service, environment & food. The staff were very closed-off, never greeted or smiled once and seemed as if they don’t enjoy the job just as much as i did not enjoy the store. The entire building was dirty. Tables had old food, drink spills everywhere, floor has not been mopped and was a slipping hazard, toilets were dirty and uncared for. There were staff walking and talking on the phone when they could have been mopping the floors or cleaning the eating areas. One staff even had a mop but walked past the dirty floors and put the moo down without using it. I had asked for a spray and cloth to wipe the table and the spray they had guided me to was just water, not sanitiser or and soap, just plain water. Had to wait 10-15 minutes for food to be ready which was surprising as it was not busy at all on a Saturday night at 8:30. The food was also cold, falling apart and the fries were cold, old and had no salt or seasoning whatsoever. The entire establishment was disappointing and wouldn’t recommend. Management truly need to lock down on staff and take control of this so called ‘business’ because this was absolutely disgusting. Read moreToday 2/1/2022 @ around 4pm experienced rude customer service from the Burger King staff who is not even wearing a uniform, just wearing a red tshirt. She was tall and has curly hair. I can see that store was busy but as usual, an uber driver will show to the counter the uber order to indicate uber pick up. However the staff pointed her finger and at the same time shouted at me saying she can see me and need not show my cellphone. Very rude. I have just shown my cp to her as any other uber drivers will do and was waiting to be attended, that is why I was so surprised that she reacted that way pointing her finger and shouting at me in front of so many customers present in the store. Apparently, it was not just me who experienced this with her and there have been many uber drivers who experienced her rude service.
