What a pathetic customer service 05/11/24 at 4.10pm I entered the shop to order a chips meal the manager was sitting and doing something on her phone I entered and said hello she was very rude did not even reply. I understand she might be having a bad day, but it doesn’t mean you spoil someone else’s day. There wasn’t any customer in the shop .As I approached her To order some food she was again very rude and did not let me order anything before I could say something she was like what do you want? and this is the cherry on the cake. She was the manager herself. what kind Of customer service is this? This is what happens when you hire illiterate people who have no value for customers. If you are having a bad day stay home. Felt a very racist vibes coming from her. I hope the owners are going to look into this matter because if it works like this you guys will have no customers coming in.what a bad attitude towards people. I did ask her if I could speak to the manager and again with that same attitude she was like I am the manager. I did not want to spend a dollar just because of the attitude and I said good on you and worked out of the shop the racist vibes coming from her just spoilt my day. We were just celebrating someone’s birthday and thought to just stop by and to have something on the way because we came from Hamilton. We Often make family trips to visit Rotorua from Auckland, I loved their Kebabs and customer service, but unfortunately on our last visit 2 days after Xmas we came here to have our dinner and then drive back to Auckland, the girl who served us was extremely rude, there was no manager to talk about her behaviour, after she made our food we went to sit to have our meals, she loudly said you cant sit there if you don’t have a vaccine pass, I told her you cant talk like this if you need our passes first ask we will show it to you and you can ask us nicely about our passes, worst part was that my kids witnessed her rude behaviour, she mumbled something and didn’t even reply back, we ate our meals and left the place, If the owner is checking this review please educate your staff how to behave with a customers, I will still visit this place again as I know other staff...

While visiting rotorua recently I was faced with the , dinner timely, decision of buying take away food as my hotel had no kitchen. I gazed along the eatery strip before and my eyes nestled hungrily upon the Kebab Kitchen, immediately I was salivating and upon entering was surprised at how large their kebab making bar was. Two sizes available shows consideration for the humble stomached and with a meat alternative of a vege fritter, alongside the regular chicken, lamb, mix, or falafel quartet of choice we are usually given. I felt I was In Good hands and was t disappointed as a huge small sized kebab landed in front of me. The rest is dining history.
