We have been here quite a few times over the last 5 months and everything is just average. Coffee is Ok at best, and it depends on the barista. The one and only time I've eaten here, I got avocado toast, the menu didn't specify coconut yoghurt was on the dish, so I ended up not being able to eat it anyway, and my partner said it was quite overwhelming. There have been several times where we have waited for coffee for over 20 minutes, I do understand delays during busy periods, but it's not great to look over the front counter to see the girls having a yarn while I've been sitting for quite a while. Coffee does seem over priced, $13 for two coffee's but that could just be because we're in Rolleston and no one wants to travel further for coffee...

To be frank - the staff are like many found in nz coffee outlets - don't greet the customer very well, don't smile, generally either look bored or slightly harrased. There just seems to be a lack of customer service skills that would turn my experience from ok to great - even "outstanding". It's not just about the coffee or even the over priced food on offer - it's about old fashioned customer service. Oh - by the way - the customers coffee should be placed on the table in front of them - not just dropped there. More work on your staff training and supervision coffee...
