Nice area for tea break , very crowded and almost full house during peak hours , large and sufficient car park provided , Quality and quantity of foods and drinks are general normal standard , prices and cost of foods / drinks are little bit higher than other cafe shops . No special foods or manager recommendation provided . Counter services is okay , but table services is solely terrible and unbelivable . This cafe shop was managed by six beautiful girls during peak time , a lot of used and dirty food plates and cups were left on table for over 2 hours ( 2 cycles of customers) . Only a large special Cafe shop in this shopping area , so I have no other choice to go .

I have given a 5 star due to the following reasons. Each table inside to what I could see had a power point to charge your electronic devices. The staff were very friendly and warm welcoming to each customer. The staff were very efficient in cleaning the tables right after the customers when they leave. This prevents the next customer walking to a dirty table like most places. The layout is beautiful and warm. In regards to the coffee I found the coffee was strong but perfect! I love the coffee and the Apple scroll, it was cooked well and tasted great. I strongly recommend trying the coffee here and support the store.

Great ambience, great friendly staff and amazing coffee. We were there on a hot day and ordered a few coffees along with an ice coffee, the coffees we're great but the I've coffee did not came out great ( cuz I am fussy) the staff were more than happy to tweak it to my liking with a smile. Would happily go back for my coffee fix. Highly recommended

We have been here quite a few times over the last 5 months and everything is just average. Coffee is Ok at best, and it depends on the barista. The one and only time I've eaten here, I got avocado toast, the menu didn't specify coconut yoghurt was on the dish, so I ended up not being able to eat it anyway, and my partner said it was quite overwhelming. There have been several times where we have waited for coffee for over 20 minutes, I do understand delays during busy periods, but it's not great to look over the front counter to see the girls having a yarn while I've been sitting for quite a while. Coffee does seem over priced, $13 for two coffee's but that could just be because we're in Rolleston and no one wants to travel further for coffee...

Crowded, had to wait & race for a seat. Ordered scrambled eggs, bacon & toast. Had to send it back as I like toast with such a meal, not warm bread. No butter, no sachets salt, filthy table. Not enough staff the likely reason,, as this place is one of our regular stops on our wandering south. We have never encountered CCR (not Credence Clearwater Revival) in this way before, so was most unpleasant which added to an even worse Coffee Culture experience earlier on, on our trip North. Am aware of the medical crisis in Canturbury, but saw no notice on the door pertaining to shortage of staff. The coffee was mediocre - - - made in haste with little care. If it wasn't for M cDonalds and their paper cups, I would...

Hi - coffee culture now has some serious competition. The outlet in this feedback is the rolleston coffee house. To be frank - the staff are like many found in nz coffee outlets - don't greet the customer very well, don't smile, generally either look bored or slightly harrased. There just seems to be a lack of customer service skills that would turn my experience from ok to great - even "outstanding". It's not just about the coffee or even the over priced food on offer - it's about old fashioned customer service. Oh - by the way - the customers coffee should be placed on the table in front of them - not just dropped there. More work on your staff training and supervision coffee...
