Went into store today to buy a vicks thermometer all the way from darfield and when i went back after buying it, it never worked. So i went back to exchange it. Stood at the counter from 5pm till 5:45pm and their supervisor was coming and going back with no explanation. She first said that they will exchange it and grab another one but started making excuses and then i asked for a refund. Guess what they couldnt offer me a refund and taken my receipt and went back to office. Then the wait game again started. After waiting 45 mins they said i have to come back on monday then their manager will be able to do it. I told them that my daughter is suffering from fever so i need to get the thermometer so that i can monitor it over night. But they ghosted me and i was standing on the counter like a fool. So after the frustration i went and grab the tgermometer with the same amount of the previous one. I took them to the counter and scanned on their system and asked them to settle my transaction and they refused it and asked me to pay for this transaction as well. I was so pissed off at them that i left from there with thermometer. My friend on that moment who was with me at that time end up paying for the second transaction which i was oppose to. So i asked the staff to give me managerâs contact details so i can formally complain about this incident but as usual due to there unproffesionalism and no training they couldnt find those details. I am a medical receptionist & applied for studies with open polytechnic's. As a part of this enrolment i need to get my documents verified from pharmacist. Due to my busy schedule i cannot see JP also could not get hold of GP whole day today so i came to pharmacist as per my email they can also do it. Unfortunately David refused to do this. He did not even look at my docs firstly he said go to jp thats not my job. I cant do. I said i know jp is first person but i cant go there because i am very full time worker with two young kids. I said i am happy to wait then i wait there for 30 min he did not come to me totally ignored me then my we ask the girl she said go to JP we are very busy cant do this. I said it just takes two minute i have got my passport with me please have a look. They both refused to do. What a shame. This is very disappointing. I would request you please have a look in this & take this very seriously. If NZ govt has given them this responsibility as a pharmacist why he refused this i wonder. I will look forward to hear from you on this. All my documents are legal from NZQA....
   Read moreVERY Disappointed. I mean all Chemist Warehouse have the mess of boxes in aisles but they have good staff, but Rolleston! What a joke!! The staff acts like slaves and unprofessional. Very rude when asking for help. I have never in my life been so appalled by staff members of any organisation, Iâm sorry but this store seems to have a major problem with their âpower hungryâ manager sucking the life out of their staff to even perform their jobs well. The staff is the reflection of management and this store is lacking one. Atmosphere in the store was gross, only one staff was great and should be promoted to manager. What a joke of a store. Any other pharmacy already looking better after...
