Been a regular customer for a long time with no issues but experienced the worst customer service today from cashier YUTO J today. Was told in a rude manner that they don't do chicken dishes at all since the store opened even though they are all over the menu and I have been ordering them all these time until now. I've been a few times to eat their ramens and for some reason last time my tummy didn't tolerate it, I had to go to the toilet with bad cramps 20min after and I've been with diarrhoea since then. It's been a week. I wonder if the fatty slices where the problem? Literally no meet in the "pork" just fat and I ate it cause I was hungry. Sometimes I order extra pork and thank goodness I didn't cause I wonder if they would have made me pay for...

I feel as though the standard has dropped in recent months. The ramen is ok, could be more flavourful. I was appalled at the state of the dining area. Every exit door is covered in greasy finger marks. Our table wasn't wiped, just cleared and the inside of the windows covered in greasy children hand prints. It could do with a good clean. Makes me concerned about the standard of hygiene in the kitchen... There are much nicer places to eat...
