Soooo disappointing! I have returned once again as I was in the area and I had hopes that the feedback I had given them each other visit had been implemented. Having dairy and other allergies I am limited to having a Soy latte as Soy is lower on the allergy scale for me.

The first time I came was in a group to celebrate a birthday lunch... it was awkward for the others who were eating as there was not a single product I could eat. I experienced a huge allergic reaction to the Soy latte so puzzled I queried the Soy ingredient list (having already requested that they check out for barley) and was astonished to find that the brand they use has apple as a sweetner. Allergic!

Sadly today 18months on and 7 visits on.... having mentioned to Batista's and the manager, they have provided no alternatives... alas I can't do almond either... and I'm concerned that some other customers may have 'apple' allergies!!

I give up! As there's nothing I can eat here or drink either... this will be...

I felt disappointed with the omlette that I ordered ham cheese and onion. The ham and cheese had been melted in the pan with what I feel was scrambled egg with onion put in the middle. It’s was tough and not edible . An omelette is not usually made this way . There was a complimentary salad that was all lettuce with about a teaspoon of feta. Would have been better to have left it off. It was very busy , the service was good the other guests with me were happy with the big breakfast and sausage roll and filo. I should have told them but it was too busy. Unless the cheff learns how to make an omelette I feel this will not be a popular item. I’ve eaten here in the past but it’s been a few months so not sure if a new way to make an omelette but I would not order it again incase . Coffee was good and I will try again but a different...

Went in for breakfast, really disappointing service and food. Before we even ordered the head waitress had stuffed someone else's coffee order. My partner ordered the eggs and I had the french toast. The eggs were raw and when we asked if they could be re-done the head waitress came and told us that this was how it was meant to be cooked. From my understanding Soft poached does not mean raw. They were re-done and they were still raw. Disappointing that the food wasn't cooked properly and then they tried to tell us that we didn't know how eggs were meant to be cooked. She then took our coffees before we had even finished them. Will never go back and would not...
