wildbean cafe — Restaurant in Canterbury

I like to write fair reviews for various coffee places around NZ, although I wasn't very impressed with the order I received.

22 April 2023 around 6am. I ordered a large mocha, with almond milk and not too hot (in my keep cup)

The mocha itself tasted watered down, there was hardly any taste to it and wasn't impressed with paying $5.50 around about.

Ive tasted some damn good barista made coffee from Wild Bean cafes from other places but...

We received the worst customer service today at any of the BP’s around New Zealand, and we have travelled from Cape Reinga to Invercargill. Was served by a lady that was wearing a manager badge on her shirt. She shouldn’t be front of house serving customers when she rolls her eyes at customer questions. The staff can tell whether you are a tourist or a local. I stood there waiting to pay. A staff member smiled and greeted a customer behind me, and then asked the customer behind me to pay first. I understand your friendship and your contempt for me. I am a tourist. This is the only service I encountered in BP. Your service attitude is different...
