Shame there is no 0 star review option. DO NOT try to walk in to order food here during busy times. Remember - you are the lowest priority life form who can be ignored for as long as possible, no greeting, not even eye contact from people behind the till. After very long time you might get a "sorry" from the person serving uber customers, but your order will not be taken. WHY? Because until your order is in the system you will not affect their delivery times and hence franchise statistics! They can't ignore drive through (although they actually DO if you read earlier feedback - just crazy!) or uber orders (these get into the system instantly), but "walk in low life" can be ignored for as long as they need to be able to deal with the higher priority first class citizens who get into the system faster or instantly. Cold burgers and mixed up orders according to the earlier feedback validate my choice to walk away. I am writing to share my recent experience (10:40 pm), 7th August 2025 )at the Blenheim Road Burger King while picking up an order as an Uber Eats driver. When I arrived, I went directly to the payment window, as I’ve done at other locations, because I already had the order number and assumed I could just show it there.

However, the staff member at the window seemed upset that I hadn’t stopped at the speaker window first. He expressed his frustration quite strongly and he got angry at me and slam the window on me, which left me feeling quite uncomfortable and confused.

I understand that there might be a specific process at this location, and I’m happy to follow it in the future. It would be great if the expectations for Uber Eats drivers were more clearly communicated to avoid any misunderstandings.

We went to this BK outlet at corner of Curletts rd and Blenheim st Christchurch on 29-06-2020 at 6.27pm and specifically asked for favorites feast 15 which included 4 burgers 4 fries and 4 drinks. The lady at the counter said they don't have such offer and provided us only one option to order 2 family bundle SVM which cost us $39.95 because we wanted a chicken burger included in our order. we even asked whether we could swap for a chicken burger once we were given the option to order 2 sets of family bundle SVM. When we came home checked online we noticed that favorites feast 15 offer is still available till 6th of July. This is really disappointing and end up paying $ 39.95 instead of 24.95. They were not aware of the product range offered at BK. Though we specifically asked for 4 burgers for 4 people with a chicken option, lady at the cashier couldn't suggest the appropriate product option. We will not recommend anyone to visit...
