Accompanied with friends, I went to Hell's on colombo to dine in. Instantly, the store was freezing cold, all heaters were turned off.
I had made an order and went to be seated, one of the team member started staring constantly and one of my friends confronted him.
The team member then approached us and was defensive about the situation. My friend then demanded a refund and left. I stayed back with another friend as he had his order still getting processed.
The team started having a meeting in the kitchen, customers were standing around and could hear their conversation.(Lacking professionalism).
One of the team members (I assume was the manager) started speaking in hindi and failed to considerate the team members who can't understand the language.
I on the other hand am fluent in the dialect and could understand what was being said.

Great service, they did make a mistake with my Wife's vegan pizza but they caught the mistake and made a new pizza for her and gave us a voucher for another snack pizza and a free 1.5L drink. The children liked choosing their own topping for their pizzas. My Envy pizza was delicious and I was given the messed up vegan pizza as well that I took to work for a snack. Will definitely return to Hell's Pizza's because it can satisfy the whole family even though the Wife doesn't like the association with the Christian Hell she thinks it would be better if the restaurant associated with the Ancient Greek...

The pizza is generally pretty good, I'd definitely suggest delivery over in store though if you can afford it at the moment though. The last time I ordered for pickup there were signs saying don't come I'm, wait outside and when your pizza is ready we will come out and call your name. No one ever came out. Eventually the guy sitting down in store saw me waiting after around 10-15 minutes and waved me in. It was pretty annoying. BUT the pizza is good... so... just get it delivered. No...
