Worst customer service- dont waste your money. I expected standard coffee club experience but food was a mediocre at best with terrible service. I would give it zero star if i could. Coffee was so-so and berry smoothies was nice. But the blueberry almond tart and spinich feta roll from the display tasted dry and old like it was sitting on the shelf for a long time. I ordered eggs benedict and i had to send it back because poached eggs whites were raw. When i asked it to be replaced, the old lady at the front got defensive and said "if you want it well-done, next time ask first". There is only one way to cook poached eggs. It is NOT a steak and you dont need to tell restaurants how to cook a simple poached egg. When it came back second time, it came back overcooked as boiled eggs. When we were leaving, we asked for takeaway container for smoothie, she was very rude and reluctantly brought papercup without any lid. We left very unhappy and were terribly dissapointed in their food...

When i lived in Milford i went here every now and then, and overall it wasn’t the best place to go. The food was mediocre at best as the presentation was ok and the taste wasn’t bad, but for the price you are paying it should be a lot better. Also the portion sizes are not equal to the cost so I’m not the most happy with the food and the price. The location is in a mall, and to be fair they do keep it nice and tidy but due to it being in the mall the ambiance isn’t the best (but there is nothing they can do about it so its unfair to blame them)
The service was good to, they seemed a little cold but overall ok, nothing to rave about but it could be a lot more worse.
long story short: Food average, especially for the price you pay (which is to expensive), place is ok but there isn’t much they can do to change that and the staff could be a bit...

I ordered bacon and fried eggs on toast (white, plain). I received 2 slices of ciabatta bread instead, two eggs (thick, cooked in egg rings and dry as a nun on sunday) and a single slice of burnt bacon, which cost $7. Yes, SEVEN dollars for a single slice of bacon. Never mind that it was burnt or that I should have gotten two for my two eggs and two slices of wrong toast.
After a complaint they cooked up another slice of bacon that was good, but they didn't leave the other one (lol) and they weren't happy about it either.
On the plus side, my partner got the chicken and bacon club sandwich, which was actually really good. But we won't be visiting coffee club again, not the first time they've been really disappointing...
