Galata kebabs & Grill milford — Restaurant in Devonport-Takapuna

Tall man with brown wheatish complexion is rude to customers in passive-aggressive way. When I went one time to order he told me "order there" and pointed to the kiosk because he couldn't be bothered to take my order himself. When the next customer came he took her order face to face. What kind of rude service is this? You can't run a restaurant with a nasty attitude like that. Mans acts very superior to everyone and this act is very off-putting, makes me not want to come here again.

I thought I was the only one so I told my family members about this dude, and they also told me he was very unapproachable and acted annoyed to take peoples orders. They told me when they order they hope its the other workers that take the order because with that man the customer service is piss poor.

You can tell he doesn't like running his restaurant and he prefers the other employees and his family members to do everything for him.

All the other employees are very friendly and nice and do everything to keep the restaurant running smoothly, its just him that sticks out like a sore thumb making everyone wary of him. This guy just ruining it for everyone else.

From now on going to the kebab store next door...

I recently had the pleasure of visiting the local kebab shop, and I must say that it was an incredible experience! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with friendly and welcoming staff who were more than happy to help me with my order.

The food itself was absolutely fantastic. I ordered chicken on chips, which was cooked to perfection and bursting with flavor. The meat was succulent and tender, and the accompanying vegetables and sauces were all fresh and delicious.

The atmosphere of the shop was also wonderful. It was clean and well-maintained, with comfortable seating and a great ambiance. It was clear that the owners take pride in their establishment and work hard to make their customers feel at home.

I love galata with all my heart and soul. I love this place more than my family. The bro yousef is a great handsome beautiful man. always serves my chicken on chips nice hot and fresh. Highly reccomend $10 chicken on chips - great value and so yummy. I would eat the chicken on chips every day of the rest of my life if i could. smothered in garlic yoghurt and sweet chilli with a side of tazaki. Can it can better than that no it cant.
