Aladdin's Cuisine — Restaurant in Hamilton

I have been frequenting this place since almost a month now, what brings me back is, the best Paya and Nihari that I have had in my 15 years in New Zealand. They also have one of the best Biryanis I have eaten here. Seldom have I come across a restaurant in Auckland or Hamilton that have served such a unique delicacy.

It is a meal prepared with love and soul, the flavors just explode in your mouth with each morsel. I am honest when I say its brought tears of joy to my eyes. Just the feeling of content with the perfect bite.

I have tried the pizzas here which are definitely good.

What still takes the cake is definitely their limited menu of Pakistani food, they have a lot more in their menu to explore..but I can't help but go back to the above mentioned favorites. I write this as I wait for my order.. anyone who is reading must pay a visit. Explore it, this place worth it!

If you are looking for fine dine and candlelight, look elsewhere...if you are looking for a really fine experience in dining then grab your meal and enjoy their beautiful hospitality.

We ordered food here Tuesday, the food was extremely delicious (Infact it was the best Biriyani and Paya I had in New Zealand). I was glad that I found my go to Biriyani place. So we ordered again Friday. This time 2 items were completely missed and food was so yuck and spicy that we had to throw it all away!!!! $135 down the drain 😡 We’ll never order here again. I normally don’t give bad reviews unless it’s really bad but the difference in food today from our last order is night and day. Update Response to Owner: I define food based on how it tastes. It is to be noted that I applauded my first order and criticised the second one. Since it was yuck I said it was yuck. Not scared and will not take it back. I ordered via Uber and did contact Uber about the missing items. The point is you don't miss items in an order and get angry on the customer, especially for a $135 order. Chicken steak parmesan was covered in olives and pineapple which we specifically didn't request, scraped some of the toppings off and the chicken itself was dry and chewy anyway. Garlic and cheese patiza looked nothing like product image, had no garlic I could find and didn't come with the advertised sauces. Biryani flavours were incredibly strong and imbalanced, almost like eating perfumed rice - and as someone who loves hot food I was amazed to find it was so ridiculously hot I could no longer taste the dish at all after a few bites.
