⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding Experience at SkyCity’s Zone Bar!

We recently hired SkyCity’s Zone Bar for our work Christmas function, and from start to finish, everything was absolutely fantastic.

Communication with Justine (Conference & Sales Manager) was seamless and professional. She made the entire process so easy—from allowing me to come in and visualise our setup, to offering props for hire that perfectly matched our theme, right through to her thoughtful follow-up after the event.

On the night, the Bar Manager was amazing—helpful, approachable, and attentive to every detail. The staff were equally impressive: friendly greetings, lightning-fast service even when it got busy, and always ready to lend a hand whenever we needed anything.

The buffet we chose was delicious—everyone was full of compliments! The team kept everything well-stocked and beautifully presented all night long. We highly recommend choosing the buffet option; it was a real hit.

What really stood out was how the staff went the extra mile—even with cleanup. When we returned the next day to collect our props and finish tidying up, most of it had already been done for us. Those little touches make a big difference and were greatly appreciated.

So yes, we would absolutely recommend SkyCity for any function. They have a range of rooms to suit all kinds of events, and their team truly delivers top-notch service.

SkyCity was an ideal venue for our nurse's reunion. The management helping us to arrange the finer details for this event were awesome to deal with. The staff were all lovely and friendly, were extremely helpful, adapted to our requirements and were flexible, which was very much appreciated. The food was fantastic and plentiful but there was concern with the amount left over, as to what happens to it? We used the Marble room and it was the perfect venue for our event. The event manager was friendly and professional and all my needs were met. Hardly any need for decor as the room itself has enough going on with the red velvet and gold mirrors and mood lighting. The food came out timely and I appreciated the extra effort that went into having labels for each platter. The bar service was friendly and my guests were never waiting for drinks for long.
