LOOK LIKE RESTAURANT BRANDS IS NOT KEEN TO HEAR OR BOTHER THE CUSTOMER REVIEWS AND CONCERNS ABOUT THIS STORE.

After multiple orders where I received less than what I paid for, I’ve decided to leave a review before saying goodbye. The set meal was supposed to include 8 pieces of Secret Recipe Chicken, but I only received 6, and they were all small, roughly half the usual size. It’s really disappointing that a few of the Indian staff behaved this way — their expressions also seemed off when handing it over. This has been my most disappointing experience at any store.

I WANTED TO BRING TO ATTENTION IF SOMEONE WHO CAN RESOLVE ISSUE SPECIFICALLY WITH THE KFC ROTOTUNA BRANCH. THE STAFF ARE VERY ARROGANT AND ARGUMENTATIVE ESPECIALLY AN INDIAN ACCENT GIRL (PALAK NOT SURE IF ITS RIGHT ONE AS SHE REFUSED TO GIVE HER NAME AND NO TAG).

THIS IS CONSEQUENTLY 6th TIME HOLDING MY ORDER FOR LONG TIME AND I SEE OTHER PEOPLE GET ORDER WAY FASTER BEFORE ME WHEN ASKED SHE REFUSE TO IGNORE AND SAYS ANOTHER 10 mins. TO BE HONEST IM NOT AFTER FREE FOOD, I NEED MY COMPLETE ORDER ON TIME.SHE CONSTANTLY TOUCHES HER HAIR, NOSE AND EARS WITH BARE HANDS SHE TOUCHES MYFOOD 😡🤮🤮🤢🤢. I WOULDN’T RECOMMEND HER HIRING ON THE FRONT COUNTER LOSING LOYAL CUSTOMERS.

This one star is only for the lady at the front counter — everything else was a mess.

I ordered a deal that came with 10 spicy chicken (which I paid extra for), 5 wings, and some other items (PLU404). After waiting 20 minutes, the manager took the box to the back, and when it came back, I noticed just 5 spicy chickens in the box, he had added 5 more wings instead of the missing spicy chicken. Not spicy, not original — just wings.

I guess they thought the wings looked close enough and hoped I wouldn’t notice. But I did. This is NOT how you handle things. Super disappointed.

Also, when I arrived, there was only one person ahead of me. But people who came in after me got their food and were eating already — just because they had small orders. So clearly by the time it was my turn, there weren’t enough spicy chickens left. At the very least, someone should’ve asked me if I wanted to swap or get a refund for the difference — not just throw in random wings and hope for the best.

Worst part? The manager didn’t even come out to talk to me — he made the counter staff deal with it. The girl at the counter told me to keep the wings and gave me some regular chicken pieces instead, but honestly, I didn’t have time to waste. I ended up spending over 30 minutes in the store just...

Very dissappointing. Went at 5pm Saturday evening thinking I would beat the dinner rush, but alas no, the queue was extra long in both the drive thru and inside the store. One of the male staff serving appeared to be in training but he was doing a great job considering the busyness of it all and was extremely polite & friendly. There was a middle aged Indian female floating around who appeared to be the manager and she appeared grumpy and had no smile on her face. She served me with no personality or enthusiasm. I actually felt as if I was inconveniencing her day! The chicken itself was delicious but very dissappointing to find the hot chips salted at just the top of the box so this meant the rest of the chips were bland tasting. Looking around the place I could frustration on many of the waiting customers faces as we stood in the long and very slow moving queue. One lady got so impatient she stormed from behind me, up to the counter where she voiced her annoyance and left the store on a huff. I will be back but hesitantly. I was there as I was collecting dinner as a treat for my elderly parents. I appreciate the weekends are potentially busy times but please staff accordingly.
