NEVER AGAIN ! Went to the bar after I saw a post on Instagram stating that they would be open until 3am and the kitchen open until 2am. Arrived exactly at 12:59 and had the unfortunate experience to be served by MATT as he said his name was after I went back to ask for it. Matt approached us by the entrance to say they were closed and we had to leave. I answered by saying we just came after seeing the post on Instagram ( it was posted 20min before)... and he already cut me by saying "But we are closed and it is 1am, bye!!" Turned his back, waved his hands at me ironically and walked away. I stood there not believing my eyes since I have never being mistreated like this before, customer service is absolutely ridiculous, it's sad. Terrible venue for a metal gig, the bands were amazing, your drinks reasonably priced, however your bouncer is a manchild with a god complex. I watched him drag out someone who was not causing any issues and simple moshing in a moshpit by the scruff of his neck.. I was also told to stop headbanging which was not full on.. that was an absolute vulgar display of power and he should NOT be working in that position at a metal gig.. the whole point of being at a gig is to be able to headbang and jump around.. also the front of the pit was alot harder but I'd assume he didn't want to risk ruining his hair breaking up the full crowd.
