I’ve been to Rabbit Tea plenty of times, but my recent visits have been really awful. I usually order the Roasted Brown Sugar Pearl Milk Tea, and it always used to have a nice coating of brown sugar syrup on the sides of the cup. However, in the past few times there’s been none at all. I specifically asked the staff to make sure the syrup stuck to the sides this time, but three staffs just gave me excuses like, 'the pearls are too fresh and slippery' or 'the syrup probably settled after sitting.' Even worse, they were incredibly rude, making comments about me and my friend to each other right in front of us and gossiping. When they finally did it, they were visibly impatient about it. The tea there is usually good but the server (whom is clearly not one of the owners we've seen here before) is rude and unwilling to put any effort into the customer.

We go here all the time prior to this staff member working here and order thing same thing. When we came in this time, there was no acknowledgement so tried to order through their self service . The bubble tea that 2as made was wrong and my partner asked to change it out but the girl was rude and said that we would just have to buy another one to get the right tea . None of it had been drunk.

Sensational bubble tea! I tried their Wintermelon Milk Tea with Black Pearls. The texture of the tea is so silky! They said their creamer is plant based so all their ‘Milk Teas’ are actually vegan — fascinating and really helpful!

All drinks are one size. I brought my own drink container in, which is a large size from another shop and it fitted their one size drink fine!
