Manuka Brothers' Coffee Roastery — Restaurant in Hamilton

This is in the top 3 best coffee roasters in Hamilton (and my favourite), but definitely the most under recognised. Their unique point of difference is that their coffee beans are roasted in a manuka wood fired roaster (one they designed and built themselves). This results in a unique flavour you won’t find anywhere else with subtle hints of smoke and caramel which has to be tried to understand. This place is up there with the best coffee in the Waikato and potentially north island.

They have a lovely shop nice quiet and good for coffee. Very limited sweets and no savoury items for sale but these guys are about good coffee.
