I placed an online order on 22/4 and requested white rice be swapped for brown due to dietary needs. The store called shortly after to say brown rice wasn’t available, so I cancelled the order and was told I could get a full refund in-store. When I arrived, staff said refunds were only processed online and I’d receive it the next day.
A week later, with no refund, I called again and was told—again—to come in for a refund. My partner went in and was told they still couldn’t process it in store. We finally got the refund two days later.
