The customer service is shockingly poor. The receptionist appears to have better things to do than answer questions or assist with an issue. The facility itself is held to a poor standard. Don't bring small children. In fact don't bring children at all. Why stop there, don't even bring yourself. If for some absurd reason you do end up spending the night locked within the boiling atrocity of a room at this establishment, don't expect to find comfort in the bathroom. You will find yourself conducting a routine of yoga just to empty your bladder. If you're unlucky enough to empty your intestines then you're in for a treat. Single ply, extra wide toilet paper. Yes the kind only found in public toilets. After this horrible experience, you will realise the door wasn't shut properly. That's because it doesn't close properly The advertisement of having sky... if you can look past the fact it contains just three sports channels, all of which have such low quality that you'll get flashbacks to a time where shadows ran past white static lines of iris destruction. That's not including the loud audio popping sound of your hope of relaxation seeping out every 10 seconds.
Other issues include: A large crack in an exterior door. Terrible furniture, designed only to bring you misery. Air conditioning that is substandard. No utensils to use for cooking let alone eating. A pitiful shower. Ancient hand rails and loose stairs. Pillows that feel like concrete slabs. Warm milk. Lifted wall tiling. Holes in the wall from where a towel rack was clearly assisted off the wall. A cracked wardrobe door, that looks like it was previously used to teach students how to drill.
I highly recommend staying somewhere else. Even in the boot of your own car. That would be a much better place to rest, not to...

If a child or adult could not push themselves out of the pool they were stuck in there.|Signs say not smoking in units but everyone smokes just outside others doors and you can’t have door or windows open as the smoke just comes into the unit.|The unit we stayed in with 2 bedrooms had an updated bathroom but it was very dangerous, large step up in to shower which had a very slippery floor with not mat. There were no shelves in shower to put things on so putting toiletries on floor in shower increased risk of fall. Then the large step to get out of the shower again a falls risk, my mum didn’t shower after 2nd day as to afraid of falling.|We stayed over Christmas time, at $200 a night excepted at least clean towels on Christmas Day, when asked about this got told it’s Christmas day so no service. Read moreOne star is too generous but the lowest score I could give. I can only review for room 11. Absolutely appalled at having to spend $99 on such accommodation. Black mould. Bathroom so damp the vanity, windowsills and corners of the floor are starting to rot. Original 70s toilet, vanity and bath so run down they should have been replaced 20 years ago. I should have seen the signs like the damp carpet leading to the bathroom...but I still turned on the shower. Water ran down the back wall, along the edge of bath and then flooded the floor (great water pressure by the way), in the process of trying to turn the shower off to sort out the flood I lightly touched towel rail to have it and our towels crash to the floor...instant sopping wet towels. Earlier on arrival I had to go ask for milk so we could have a coffee, received a couple of small uht pods...neither of us could finish our coffee. We had to go to the supermarket for fresh milk and better coffee. Could see how uncomfortable the double bed was by how much it had sunk where you lie. The fridge must have a broken thermostat, was really loud and constantly running (you know how fridges run for a little bit then stop), it froze our milk and in the middle of the night I had to pull it out from the cubby in order to unplug it so we could sleep. Blankets were old and a bit musty from the damp I guess. Broken ceiling fan. Blown lightbulbs. Inside of bathroom door had a hole like someone had put their knee through it. Never again will we stay here. My mum was especially horrified. It looked so nice from the outside but we were deceived. Room 11 is actually becoming a...
