Thai Grandma House — Restaurant in Hamilton

My wife and I very much enjoyed our post-cinema meal at Thai Grandma House. There was only one other group dinning in, while several takeaway customers were in and out. This made it easy to talk with comfortable noise levels.

We sat side by side at a comfortable couch that was the right height for the table and enjoyed our meals - Tofu stir fry and Thai Grandma's Noodles. Both excellent dishes and very well priced. We took enough home for another meal.

I've been going since they opened last year and it's now my go to for Thai food. I've gone for lunch, dinner and takeaway and the food is always good. The servings are decent and it always tastes fresh and authentic. The service is always prompt and friendly and there is a nice atmosphere if you dine in. The food comes out in good time either eating in or getting takeaways, there is never a long wait. Their drinks and smoothies are also very good. Definitely my favourite Thai place in Hamilton.
