Can't stand bad service, why be in hospo if you cant give good service? The look on her face changed when she spoke Chinese and I responded in English. Chinese speaking Asians seem to get treated better (we were not greeted, seated and no menus were given, we took our own and had to asked to order food, while the Chinese group got everything above and they came after us).
When ordering, waitress was visibly unhappy with our mixed selection of sushi. Well, dont sell singles if you dont want customers to order singles! Was told sushi will be coming last after Mains (so why is it an entree on the menu and not dessert?)
Anyway, my noodles soup came within 5 minutes, alone... complaint to the person about food not coming together, got a simple reply saying 'its coming'. Then a full 15 minutes later, oddly, the sushi came with my partners rice dish while my noodles soup were getting cold. The lady from the desk was unknowledgeable with their menu. The other guy who approached us was nothing but a DISGRACE. Tried to explained we were just confused of the menus at the wall compared to the one we were holding. He shrugged his shoulders and made face then told me he was not confused, I was confused while raising his voice. ZERO RESPECT to customers. I am shocked at how he handled that situation. Another suggestion is regarding the closing hour. On the website it said the restaurant closes at 8:30pm, we arrived at 7:30pm (no booking) and was advised by the waitress that she will check if the kitchen is still open. We were seated in the end but as soon as our food arrived the waitress and one of the chefs came out and started packing, including mopping the floor around where we sit, collecting the empty plates as soon as we finish each dish; keeping in mind that it was 7:45pm when this happened. I thought this was quite rude as it clearly shows that they wanted us to leave. It made us feel super rush.
