Jomaru Korean Restaurant (조마루 감자탕) — Restaurant in Henderson-Massey

Very disappointed with their service, we four people ordered 3 courses, there were two main meals, however they just offered 1 set of side dishes to share. At least 2 main dishes should come with 2 set of side dishes, and when we asked for the refill, they refused. Never come back! . . Are you seriously with your attitude?? Well, nothing wrong with us. I was wondering how many dishes would you like us to order for 2 adults and 2 kids? 8 or all of the options on your menu? We just ordered what we needed, we wouldn’t want anything to be wasted.

If we weren't dining at the same table, you would at least provide two side dishes. Moreover, we've ordered at least two main courses. We didn’t ask you to refill all the dishes. It was just the bean sprouts which kids loved, but you refused to refill them. Also, according to what you've said, we're entitled to one reasonable refill. We hope your restaurant can pay attention to this issue...

Me and my family of 6 looove korean food, our first visit was awesome! Our second visit...very disappointing. They were busy which is great, i dont mind waiting, but when we got our dinner the portion sizes were less than half of what we got on our first visit. We normally get the hotplate meats and sides, we ended up asking for extra side dishes and was told nah sorry we dont have enough...the older man gave us some a minute or two later. I shouldve said something when the food was brought to us but my kids were very hungry by that point...we grabbed a cheese burger on our way home. Food tasted great. Probably wont be...

I am not Korean but have tried dofferent Korean dishes in different countries and I agree with the comments from Koreans here that they need to improve on their "authenticity" . I did enjoy their pork bone soup but the rest of their dishes doesnt taste Korean. It woiuld say meh on their other dishes. What really ticked me was they didn't offer a condiment that is a must with seafood pancake. Yep, it was "bland and tasteless", not fried well too just turned oit like a scrambled egg mixed seafood. I really wish they have more dishes and their appetizer spread was dismal to...
