Disappointing Experience – Not Fresh, Handmade as Advertised

I was really excited to try this place after seeing they advertised "handmade" bun. Unfortunately, my experience was far from expectations.

What I received were clearly pre-made, frozen buns that had been microwaved—resulting in a tough, rubbery texture. By the time I got home, they were so hard they were nearly inedible. For the price paid, I expected freshly steamed, authentic handmade bun as promised.

It’s misleading to market food as handmade when it’s just reheated from frozen. I hope the shop improves transparency or, better yet, starts offering truly fresh baozi. Until then, I can’t...

My family and I went for dinner last night.We ordered the $39.90 Share platter which had Buns,spring rolls,chips and dumplings. They were all absolutely delicious!!! We had some food from chicken place next door but wished we had bought more from Mr Bun. The buns were amazing.Beef and cheesy,yummmm!!!!Everything was fresh and crisp not to mention super juicy and tasty Atmosphere was nice n friendly service. I highly recommend. We ended up buying 2 bags in support and my boys had some when we got home...They also said they were yummm!!!Will be back...

First time trying here and ordered via Door Dash. They offer a range of buns and dumplings with combos at quite cheap prices. I ordered the original buns pan fried and it was the prefect amount if you're not too hungry for lunch. The buns were really soft and the meat inside was tastey and didn't taste too salty (I don't even think there was use of any msg). The buns were pan fried to a very crispy base and topped with some yummy chilli oil. Will definitely order with them again some time and anticipate more items on their menu...
