St Pierres Sushi (Lincoln Rd) — Restaurant in Henderson-Massey

I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received at your Lincoln Road location on July 17, 2024, at approximately 12:40 PM. My family and I visited your restaurant and purchased four items of food and three drinks. On entry we were not greeted as is the norm here and upon approaching the counter to pay. When we placed our food by the left hand register, we were told (not asked) to move it to the other side of the counter by the rude staff member. We inquired as to why this was necessary, the staff member stated that she could not see items. This was surprising as she had no trouble seeing our drink bottles without asking us to move them closer plus we were standing by the vacant register, she could have moved herself rather than us move all the items we wanted to buy. Due to this unsatisfactory experience, we left and bought our food at a different establishment. I have visited other Sushi St. Pierres locations in the past, including St. Luke and Northwest, and have always received much better service. Have has mostly positive experiences which is why the score is not lower. I like how their food is almost all gluten free. But rhey offer a low carb option (which is great,), but when I ordered it the man who was making my order rolled his eyes and made a disgruntled laugh. Good food. But the lady who served me today refused to let me use my loyalty card. Told me I had to pay and my next one would be free. I explained no this is my free one.
