Bad food quality and bad customer service ever
I ordered a burger combo and a 6pk nugget box. Repeated a few times that I want fresh nuggets for my child and my order was confirmed correctly. I got my order but the nuggets were cold and too hard to eat. Asked nicely if I could get fresh wants as per my order. Waited for a bit then I was given another box but it was popcorn chicken. Asked again if I could get fresh nuggets. At this time there was a long queue behind me so I drove in and waited inside. Later I got a nugget box so I checked inside(because it was the same guy at the pick-up window and he was so grumpy). I found so much moisture between 2 nuggets as if someone spit inside the nugget box. I went to the counter and showed it. The counter person called boss and another staff came. I showed it to the staff and tried to explain. However the 'boss' grabbed the box, turned around and throw it to the rubbish bin. She didn't even wait for me to finish and she did not say a thing or came back to me. I had to ask the staff at the counter that I just want my money back.

Firstly, I just cannot trust the branch with their food safety. It was simply a shocking experience when I got the 3rd box. I don't think I need to explain more. Secondly, it was very disappointing when I had to deal with Lisa (the boss who threw the box and ignored me), It was clearly unacceptable behaviour, especially from the person in charge..

Read moreI had a very bad experience at KFC two months ago. I was in line and there were about 5 or 6 people in front of me and when I was the only one, they stopped serving and I had to stand alone at the counter and wait.
A lady who looked like as a supervisor passed me several times, but deliberately ignored me. I observed them, not particularly busy, just trying to humiliate me, and for reasons I think we can all guess.
I waited for a long time and finally a girl came to me. I told her I wanted some hot spicy chicken wings and drumsticks, and she served me with a mocking and impatient tone. I repeated many times that I only want hot spicy!
But eventually when I got home I found out she had given me the original wings! I don't understand why people treat others like this? I have lived here for 26 years, I love this country, this West area, and I loved this KFC, I used to go and get the spicy wings very often, and they made a good impression on me.
But nowadays everything has changed. People discriminate against each other, bully each other and hearts have become mean and cold. I haven't gone to buy my favourite hot chicken wings for two years because of the Covid, that day was the first time I went, I was so excited and happy, but they ruined everything!
I have severe anxiety and now every time I think about it I feel so disappointed, annoyed and sad that I don't even want to mention the name KFC anymore!
Sometimes people hurt others for no reason and they may soon forget, but the person who was hurt will suffer for the rest of their lives! You may think it's a small thing, but there is no measuring the size of a favourite food that turns into a painful memory!

Ordered inside with family. First time in many years. Trainee staff on this particular day needs to have someone next to them when serving the real public. Advise customers that you are a trainee with badge so public know you are learning and will take extra time to do the order. Not professional when errors are made. Male Supervisor on this day interrupts staff midway service, changes till which made us wait 20mins to do order, had to explain to the female trainee staff member what a quarter pack lunch was 🙄😒 when received, order was incorrect by supervisor trying to assist his staff. No apology, pretty bad and looked like he didn't care - just there to do his shift etc. KFC also needs to STOP playing ads when they aren't selling food meals. No trays like before especially when dining in🤨😑
Had gone through drive-through a few weeks prior and was served or lack of service by staff while paying for meal and then driving up to the window seeing meal just left out on the ledge without waiting for customer to get given the meal in hand. Who does that? Knocked on the window told the male staff don't LEAVE food about WITHOUT giving it too the customer. Don't want randoms to steal what we pay for hello!!! Retrain the staff to be honest. When you take peoples orders, repeat the order back and say the cost of the meal - its Yes NOT yip, staff sounds stupid and dumb when taking orders on arrival at the intercom which sometimes they can't hear you!!
