BurgerFuel Whangaparaoa — Restaurant in Hibiscus and Bays

I visited this place on Monday the 15th, around 1 PM, and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The staff member who served me seemed very disinterested, and the customer service was poor. The burger I ordered was the worst I’ve had here: the vegetarian patty was only half, there was a single slice of tomato, and no sauce; the other burger came without lettuce and with a very small patty. I had visited last week with my partner and we both really enjoyed our burgers, which is why we returned. Sadly, this time, what we got for our money was very disappointing. It’s unfortunate, because it’s a local place with potential, but I will not be returning or recommending it after this experience.

Another Poor performance and lies from the un trained staff @ Whangaparaoa Burger Fuel.Apparently this store does not accept cash which is funny I go there 2 to 3 times a week with cash and never been a problem. I feel the real reason was its 8.30pm Friday night and you cant be bothered fixing the till.Encounted a young clueless staff member who was rude with no manners or etiquette. I said I want to lay a complaint with management and she would not give me her name or details on how to do so. Also the law states if you dont accept cash you must let customers know in advance, Have wrote to head Office . Off to...

Came here for dinner tonight. The staff here are amazing! So friendly and they recommend I try pineapple with my bacon backfire, I'm so glad I did cause it was yum! They checked in with me mid meal to make sure I was happy. I enjoy eating in here as the atmosphere is nice and I can enjoy my food while it's hot!

Recommend downloading the burgerfuel app as you can earn reward points and get special offers. If you order at the till they can scan your app code and you still earn points, it even saves your oder history.
