HELL Pizza Whangaparaoa — Restaurant in Hibiscus and Bays

Really First class food and service ! We are lucky to have a Hell store in humble Whangaparaoa. The staff is super nice. The manager is endearing. the food is always spectacular and the pizza base or dough is the nicest in comparison to stores elsewhere.. We went there on Valentine's and it was super busy. That just shows how much Whangaparaoa loves it's Hell store. We know that since the store is very popular there is a huge demand.I would rather wait in queue for a delicious pizza from a Kiwi pizza store than walk into an empty American pizza store that is substandard. This store has also introduced the jigsaw corner which has us completed addicted.The sofas in the corner are great for a cosy read especially when it rains outside. Other than the mouth watering pizzas, the staff are the best bit about this store. I highly recommend Hell@Whangaparaoa to everyone. Fantastic pizza, very kind employees, quick service. My family got four individual “snack size” pizzas which were the perfect size for a hungry teenager. Each pizza was very different, each one delicious. The Cajun potato wedges were really good too. There are a few tables in the front for customers, but as a tourist passing through, it seemed they are really not set up for dining in. There were a few large bottles of soda in a fridge available for purchase, but no cups. I order from this Hell a few times a week. Getting a bit tired of the excuses. Regularly receive the wrong drink, often the delivery is late. Today takes the cake though. They expect to deliver 30 minutes later than expected delivery on the order.

When I spoke to them they were unsure as to whether I ordered the said the reason it will be late is I live far away. I didn't move between ordering and delivery, and I am in fact all of 10 mins away so 1.5 hrs should be more than enough time to deliver a pizza.
