Wow what an amazing place! First time in the staff Greeted me with a welcoming G'day. Unfortunately I'm gluten free (celiac) However this wasn't a problem as they had a few different opinions. The Kebab came out before I could sit down, To say the service was outstanding is an understatement. My first bite left me wondering if I should get up & order a second (the portion to price was definitely correct) it was absolutely delicious. DO NOT BOTHER WASTING YOUR MONEY We Drove to pick it up, got home and the kebab wrap was falling apart due to it being old and gross, plus they had over sauced and wrapped paper into the rest of the wrap and so I had soggy paper thru my wrap plus the rest flaking off rendering it a soggy unholdable mess. When we drove all the way back to request a refund the staff were rude and flatly denied it. Appalling service. First time customers but heard the food was good from my daughter. Arrived, staff member said hello then left us waiting at the till while she cleaned a sink. Presented us with bag of order, got home, 1 item wrong, phoned up to let them know, I agreed to go back down to pick up. Returned incorrect item, she then proceeded to tell me I ordered wrong and begrudgingly told me she would make another. Staff member the whole time showed little if any customer service.
