I can’t even give the place a 1. Waited 2 hours for our pizza only to get it shortly after as the French bartender at the time of our order, who turned out to be a waiter too, hadn’t put our order into the kitchen which was very busy! Rang the manager when home who hung up on me & wouldn’t listen to how angry I was about how we had been treated! Wouldn’t go there again. Asked for 2 plates after the pizza finally arrived, never mind the fries! Not happy at all knowing how long these things take to cook & being told that our order never made it to the kitchen. Are we meant to be happy with that! I told the French guy who took our order that if I was his boss, I’d fire him! He obviously didn’t think that people who had ordered & because of his inability didn’t get the order to the kitchen were a priority! We never got anything but an apology & frankly that is NOT good enough! Will never go back there again, ever! I will report the establishment as under the consumer act, they have failed terribly!
