The wait times were unacceptable we waited for 1hr 30 to 2hrs, soggy buns, we even thought our food was forgotten because it took so long and flavourless chicken. We were a group of 9 and half the table had eaten their food before the rest came out. The last plates to come out were tiny little kids meals of chicken nuggets and chips pretty poor to be honest. Very patient staff throughout all of this but the service was incredibly poor. we had to re order food as there was no cheese for the pizza, no chips for the guacamole and not enough ingredients to make our drinks which is unacceptable being a Bar and eatery at 6pm on a Friday night. Very unprofessional. I have been there quite a few times before but this time it was just not acceptable. We ordered food and waited for 50-60 minutes before we asked about our order. They said the kitchen is very busy and it will take another 15-20 minutes. We can wait or they can give us refund. They expect us to go somewhere while we already waited so long. We already waited 50-60 minutes for our order with our 3 year old daughter who was getting restless with all the waiting. Like what? They forgot the order or what?
