Pizza Hut Browns Bay — Restaurant in Hibiscus and Bays

We have ordered quite a few times from here recently attracted by the cheap prices but we have NEVER ordered without a problem occurring. We routinely have to wait at least 30 minutes after the time they tell you on the app that the pizza is out of the oven ready to collect, even when we allow an extra 15 minutes past that time. When you arrive in the shop everyone waiting around in the carnage just looks miserable and impatient. This wouldn't be so bad if they managed to get the order right when it finally arrived.

An example of one experience here, they gave my son who has declared milk allergies a normal cows milk cheese pizza. When I went back and explained that he cannot eat this due to his allergies they initially said that we had ordered it wrong despite the same person having confirmed it was dairy free when i collected it. On production of the receipt he tried to argue with me again and then reluctantly agree to replace it. The replacement came and it was a spicy pepperoni pizza so my son was still unable to eat the pizza but by then it was hours after the initial order and my children alreayd in bed when i got back.

If you have any kind of aversion to waiting long periods of time, being mugged off having to argue with staff to get what you paid for then I wouldn't go here I'm not sure its worth the few bucks you might save compared to the many other places that sell pizza. But if you can cope with the above and you don't go at busy times you might have luck their food is OK when they...

I just want to provide some feedback to our frequent delivery driver, I believe his name is Ben at the Browns Bay, AKL branch. He is always a wonderful and polite person, when we see his name appear as the driver, we exclaim to eachother - I love this guy!

Tonight I made the challenge to myself, order some Pizza and jump in the shower. Low and behold, half way through the shower I see the phone ringing! Oh no, the pizza is here! I throw a towel around my waist and run downstairs to open the door. I am greeted by Ben, I appologise, stating I didn’t think he would be so fast, to which he replied along the lines of, when he has a job to do, he does it promptly. His next comment hit home for me. He said he knows we have children and didn’t want to knock on the door too loudly, so as not to wake them.

He is 100% the best driver I have ever dealt with, and I’d honestly like to buy him a drink.

I have worked 10+ years in hospitality as a chef and a further 6 years in customer services related roles, and my partner for about 7 years. We know a great review will mean the world to him, as it does for us - there are way too many negative reviewers online, compared to positive.

I trust this message will reach him and brighten up his day.

Just had the Meat Lover's Pizza from Pizza Hut last Saturday and it absolutely hit the spot. This pizza is exactly what it promises to be: a glorious, indulgent celebration of meat!

The foundation was perfect—their Pan Crust. It was golden brown, buttery, and had that signature crispy-on-the-outside, soft-and-pillowy-on-the-inside texture that soaks up all the flavors without getting soggy. It's the only crust robust enough to handle the mighty lineup of toppings.

And what a lineup it is! A hearty portion of pepperoni, Italian sausage, ham, beef, and bacon on every single slice. Every bite was a deliciously different combination of savory, salty, and smoky goodness. The pepperoni was nicely crisped at the edges, the sausage was full of flavor, and the bacon bits added that perfect crunch.
