The place is a joke have been coming here for many years probably longer then some of the staff working there. Any how places an order on line website gave a time turned up and got told no order. Apparently the phone number wasn’t working and who ever was at counter said I was a new customer so they tried calling. I’m calling BS on this as I’ve used the same number for same order every time and NEVER had a problem. But hey at the end of the day they lose customers and someone else gets a decent sized order for a family of 4. The staff member was so rude and had no respect he made my daughter cry with his abuse and side remarks. I made online odder around 7:50pm today for pick up at 8:30pm,when I be there at 8:20pm. Your staff said there is not my odder, just after I make my odder in store, the system finally gets my online odder!!! I had to wait for anther 15 mins to get my pizzas. I paid $23.96 but I saw the price on my receipt was $19.99. A staff only confirmed my name but couldn’t explain why the price was wrong. That’s fine, not a big deal. I have placed an order of a veg trio pizza today. This is the third bad experience at this place. It happened with me. I placed an order or veg trio but they made me a vegan veg trio. I was so irritated as they did the same thing last time. They gave me an vegan pizza instead of the order that I made. This time I spoke clear and louder yet they did the same.
