I ordered three items: the squid and pork belly mix, a pancake, and a serving of fried chicken. I placed the order over the phone and picked it up at the store. They charged me a total of $145, which is way too expensive. What’s more, the prices listed on their Google menu are significantly different from the in-store prices—completely inconsistent. Take the squid and pork belly platter shown in my photo, for example—can you believe it costs $70 NZD? Normally, a similar dish at other Korean restaurants would only be around $30–40. This place charges almost double, and even at that price, the portion size is really small. As for the taste, I can only say it’s absolutely not worth the price. Overall, this is the least cost-effective and least tasty Korean restaurant I’ve ever tried.

Was my second time visiting Mama Park’s and was welcomed with the same friendly atmosphere. Venue has a nice homey feel with a warm & cozy atmosphere. This occasion we ordered the So Bulgogi and the Hot & Spicy Fish Roe Soup. The complimentary banchan were all really good with the kumara probably being the favourite. Highlight was definitely the soup, being well balanced and filled with good vege. Be careful of the few slices of chilli as they’ll make anything it touches super spicy so make sure you fish these out early. Portions are very large even when grabbing single serves which is perfect if you’re hungry or want some leftovers. They also offer takeaway which seemed to be very popular.

Mama parks always has the best food! We had a big group dinner here and the owner was very accommodating and kind. The shop however is a bit small so i’d recommend coming with a smaller group. The food however was so good!! We got a range of dishes like the half half fried chicken which was sooo good and juicy. The budae jjigae was soo good and warmed us up from the windy weather. The other food we got was really nice too and came very quickly. Overall i’d definitely recommend this place if you’re wanting some yum korean food !

Review for Mama Park's Korean Restaurant

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Walking into Mama Park's is akin to stepping through a portal that leads straight to Seoul. From the first moment, the warm, inviting ambiance envelops you, reminiscent of a familial Korean dining room where stories are shared over mouth-watering dishes.

Mama Park's takes immense pride in its authenticity. The menu is a delightful journey through Korea's rich culinary landscape, ensuring that patrons get a true taste of the country's diverse flavors. From classics like Bulgogi and Kimchi Jjigae to more unique finds like the succulent Dak Galbi, each dish is prepared meticulously, preserving the genuine taste and tradition that Korean cuisine is celebrated for.

A standout feature is the Banchan – the assortment of side dishes that accompany most meals. Refreshingly, Mama Park's doesn't hold back. With generous servings and a diverse range of options, you're immediately immersed in a taste exploration even before your main...
