We were four of us who visited your restaurant at 8 pm on the 7th of August. Rishab was our friend who accompanied us and also sent a review as he felt that the food was of poor quality and quantity. Though he found a hair, he was too decent not to make confusion there in front of other customers and spoil their evening dinner. Hence he sent a review later so you can be cautious in the future and maintain better hygiene standards. Also whether our name is in the system is not important. The fact is we ate at your restaurant and were very disappointed after spending $92. I will send a photo of the bank statement as proof of our eating if you can send us your email address. We did not send the review for compensation. We are not so desperate and cheap to ask for free food. We genuinely want customers to be aware of this. Also if you are really concerned about your business as a manager you should take steps to improve your standards and advise your cook and staff. Please don't run a business for just a profit but serve the community to the best of your ability for the money they are paying. Hope you make changes in the future and give the customers their money's worth. I would like to make a comment on your reply to us. We left the hotel after EMPTYING our plates because we paid for them and also as we told you the quantity was so less that we had hardly anything left. We felt quite empty in our stomachs after paying $92. What a rip-off! Stop sending replies to our reviews. Pls admit your mistake and rectify your services and keep...
Read moreBooked our New Years Eve family dinner here but left unimpressed. It started off really well with what we ordered as our entrees - the paneer pakoda's and manchurian was just amazing! But unfortunately there's not much more. The mains were standard, but small. The biggest let down was that it took basically over 2 hours to get our mains on the New Years Eve night! While the restaurant was fully booked, we understand that there would be typically longer wait times, but this restaurant is a fairly small one - I would say not more than 50 capacity so I was just just shocked that we had to wait PAST 10pm to recieve our main dishes!! And we had arrived to the restaurant at 8pm as per our booking so we were quite hungry! By the time we finished it was 11pm! So waiting that long just to recieve our mains on a night where we had other plans with family was just a really big let down for us all. On top of that when the main dishes came out the portion sizes were just so small and unsatisfying. We did order more but this further added to the wait time. It just wasn't a pleasant dining experience. Also, there seemed to be a lot of inconsistencies with the dessert sizes. The staff weren't very accomodating but I understand a few of them were on training. I wouldn't come back here but I'm sure it's been a better...
Read moreDisappointing Experience - Quality & Quantity Fail
I'm extremely disappointed to say that my last visit to this Raja’s Indian restaurant was a disaster, making it my 2nd worst dining experience again. Despite my hopes for improvement, the quality and quantity issues persisted.
As a long-time customer, it's disheartening to see a decline in quality and value. I hope the management takes customer feedback seriously and makes necessary improvements.
Food:
Manchurian:
Dry, and tasteless Lack of flavour and seasoning Small portion size
Butter Chicken:
Unappetizing texture, seemed reheated Insufficient chicken pieces, mostly gravy Flavor was bland, not rich and creamy as expected
Quantity: Both dishes had meager portions, leaving me unsatisfied..
Service: Raja, our server, was friendly and apologetic, but even her efforts couldn't salvage the experience.
Conclusion: Unfortunately, this restaurant needs significant improvements in their kitchen. More skilled chefs are essential to elevate the quality and consistency of their dishes.
Sadly, I won't be recommending this restaurant until...
