I would give no star if i could. We just started eating subway a few days ago and this branch is just around the corner from us. My husband was just telling me how rude the staff are. And Yesterday he got told he has to wait for 10mins-15mins so him and another man plus his son waited in line still. The lady came out and called over to the 2 customers sitting down saying to come order its ready. So she made these customers pushed in front of the line while my hubby and another customer were already waiting in line for the 10-15mins to be up. She got questioned by the customer in line why those customers went first and she said because they been waiting... Then she says she doesn't want to argue? Like hello, your job is just to make the orders, not get ppl to push in line.
Anyway today my hubby went again to get me subway. The young boy there he found was rude. He barely put any lettuces on the sub?? And my hubby asked him to put more there's barely anything. The boy gave him attitude and then even the way he passed him the sub at the end...
Firstly of all, these subway prices have increased and cost alot? So to have staff be greedy with the veggies esp the lettuce is ridiculous. If this boy don't know what customer service is, he needs to find another job not be working here where someone eles can do...
Read moreHad ordered uber eats a while ago and had a really frustrating time trying to contact them to tell them about my order and had something I needed to change in it and they didn’t pick up there phone after numerous Attempts to try contact. They eventually picked up and told me they couldn’t change it because it had already been made even though they are at fault for not picking up the phone the first time I rung I was very upset but left it at that. The same thing has just happened although they have resolved the issue this time it took a lot of back and forth and they told me that my subway was going to be very messy and gross. Not to mention they had messed up the first order I placed for it to arrive completely different. For a big business you can spare a few ingredients to make a good sub it’s not like I ordered every salad it was 3 things (salad, lettuce and onion) yes business are struggling and everything but do stuff to make your customers happy and you will get better revenue.
Just receive my food and it was horrible and I couldn’t eat it because it was to spicy, I don’t know if they added something or not as I get this exact sub everytime from other places ...
Read moreI think it's a very poor customer experience by the company to send me a promotional offer that says redeem online or instore. Then when I arrive instore find out the franchise owner doesn't accept the company's promotional offer.
I then while instore ordered online which redeemed this and I still got this from the same store. Same outcome but a lot more mucking around by me the customer.
The only reason I didn't leave and go else where to eat was the staff instore were so lovely and apologetic.
I think the company needs to reword the promotional materials to include *not available to redeem instore at some locations.
The instore staff have outstanding customer service skills and are the only reason you still have this customer.
I suggest you learn from your front line team and apply a customer focused lens on...
