TANK Botany Junction - Smoothies, Raw Juices, Salads & Wraps — Restaurant in Howick

I regularly go to Tank in Auckland city and their service it terrible. I always get a Thai chicken salad. I take out the chicken, carrots, add extra noodles and red onions. I've been doing that for 6months. Today I was out and about Botany Junction ways and obviously was craving my Tank salad. I popped into Tank Botany Junction to request my normal order to my surprise and the ladies working, they thought it was a bit strange how I was paying more for a salad that I end up taking out majority of the ingredients. They said I can Create my Own Tank salad with the ingredients I do like and a choice of sauce to finish the yummy salad off also I get to choose 6 ingredients which is 4 more ingredients than I've been having. Personally it's not about saving money but get my money's worth and I highly, highly recommend the 3 ladies working today at Tank Botany Junction. Pathetic service place, will definitely NOT support again. I went in to purchase a juice for my grandson today. I could not find it on the screen menu and asked the assistant [ the older one of the 2 working there today] for help. She asked me to wait... eventually after waiting a while, I asked her if she's still taking my order, or if I needed to go elsewhere. She instructed the other assistant to take my order. However, she was quick to take my payment - without asking for my loyalty scan code !!!! She was more interested in taking payment, than actually providing good quality service. I initially intended to order 1 for myself also, but she definitely changed my mind about supporting that shop. I will most surely NOT be supporting that specific store. For a business dependant on and based on good quality customer interaction, this store and that particular assistant, was a failure....

Ordered a tank online gave them an hour notice was not impressed at all went to pick it up and was told by a rude server she was doing the order now it was an hour i gave them no apologies at all couldnt even care so waited 10 minutes and was eventually given the order with no apology at all or a care that an online order was waiting 10 minutes that bets the whole point of odering online i would of been better to go in but i like the convenience so disappointing and disgusted that i got no apolgy or care the staff used to be so nice in here but no they make you wait before even getting served as washing dishes is way more important and they are miserable and rude not going back i have given them way to many chances tank you need to do something about this shop...
