Came in awhile back. Ordered GF and the lady serving had meaty gloves whilst touching the till screen, put my meat on the grill, put her pants up whilst wearing the gloves and proceeded to make my pita. we visited pita pit invercargill today just before 5 and the customer service was awful. the passive aggressiveness just because we simply asked you not to touch our food with the sauce you had all over your gloves. then didn’t ask if we wanted the pita toasted or not and proceeded to toast it anyways so we informed you we didn’t want the other one toasted to then get another snarky answer. we were just trying to be polite. we won’t be visiting again...

I asked for a mozzarella melt (as I'm a vegetarian) and a lamb one for my partner. When I got home I handed him the one that had lamb written on the wrapper but after taking a bite out of mine I realised the girl had written lamb on the vegetarian one. Meaning I had gotten the one with meat in it. This is now the 2nd time that this has happened. First time they got my order mixed up with a complete strangers. I won't be recommending this...
