Sad to have to write this review. Had really high hopes for this store. To explain my experience. Have been several times since they opened. Has been quite good experiences each time. Until the last couple of times. A recent order was missing garlic knots for a $120 order. No big deal, called the store the next day and was greeted with a friendly conversation and applogies. Was told that some vouchers would be in the stpre next time I visited. So I go to pick up the vouchers and place a new order. Store manager was working. She did not want to engage, did not want to help and I was really just inconveniencing her because she was busy and had 6 pizzas to make. She knew nothing about the vouchers and accused me of being a random off the street trying to get free food. In the end she told me to leave and I would not be getting anything. She then calls someone and about 30 seconds later guy shows up and knows exactly where vouchers are hands them to me. Applogies and tells me that he had told them where the vouchers were but they did not listen. This whole situation should have never happened and it's so disappointing to me because I really enjoy the food, have had excellent customer service until this experience. This really makes me to not want to deal with this place ever again and just stick to making it myself. My kids reckon my nonna is better than theirs anyway š. Obviously this store manager has no idea about customer service and let her stress get the better of her instead of keeping clam and professional. Improve your behaviour or this store will fail miserably which...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThe lady in there whom i think is the owner wasnāt capable enough of handling the pressure situation and was furious when i approached for the pick up. Asked me to wait 5 minutes just as i entered the shop and she already had the pizza ready just inside and I could see that. Waited for more than 10 minutes without disturbing her and she did the orders of all those in the shop and i had to still wait. After the shop was so quiet, i asked for the order again and she asked for the pickup name and passed me the order which has been sitting there from the time i entered the shop. The worst pick up experience ever encountered and the other delivery guy also faced the same problem and he questioned why the wait time was? She bursted out and shouted out to him that you have to be patient and said ā Never come to my shop againā which is when i had to say i had enough time for a nap Please i have a strong request, if you feel that you canāt handle orders kindly donāt accept online orders or else be kind enough to show atleast...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreItalian man/manager needs fired. when I walked into the store, he was having a go at the staff; who were all lovely by the way. a man lovely man in glasses went to take my order and then the manager shoved him aside. as i waited 40 minutes for my pizza, i was asked what i ordered and the order he had taken was wrong. i went up to complain about the wait, as several other customers who had ordered after me had already received their orders. i was told by the manager that i was told thereād be a wait, this is true but was told itād only be 20 mintues. once iād gotten my pizza, it was cold.
not sure how there can be so many problems when the store hasnāt even been open a week. oh wait⦠the manager is...
