This place was great when they first opened and it's okay when it's busy, but they pre-cook their chicken and leave it to die under the heat lamp. So if it's not busy you're going to get old dry chicken. I've asked a few times if they would cook me a fresh batch, but they refuse so I won't go there anymore for chicken. The hotdogs and ramyun are good tho. I've literally been sitting here for 30mins watching the same 3 drumsticks die under the heat lamp and the server just brought out 4 fresh ones and laid them on top of the old ones... really should be tossing the old ones out after that long. ... it's now been an hour and they're still there.

Invercargill Central. Food is hit and miss, Sometimes dry. Sauce is nice. But the big issue is customer service and price. My 4 year old son spent 10$ on 5 small peices of chicken, only to accidently drop them almost immediately. The server looked us in the eyes and charged us 10$ again for the same small bottle of chicken. Understandable but some customer service and empathy goes a long way. Especially when you charge the way you do. Not recommended. Unpleasant experience.

Waited 20 mins for toppoki which takes me 5 mins to make from scratch at home, the fried chicken was an absolute Insault to Korean chicken, totally garbage experience, they had 6 people in the kitchen and maybe 4 other customers in the time we waited. The world's worst toppoki, the sauce is literally soup, and it's just straight up ramen packets with gochujung and water? no rice wine, no mirin, no miwon, this place is a joke.

This restaurant has a nice variety of Korean food. They are busy at peak times and the food is hot and fresh. The staff all seem to be busy but the one thing lacking is good customer service. I'm a bit old fashioned but I don't like being treated like a robot. Each customer deserves cheerful and friendly service. It was chaotic with people who had placed their orders mixed up with people who hadn't. No clear direction of where to wait or which way the line was moving etc Just a smile, a hello, a sorry about the long delay, a thanks for your order, please wait here etc would make the customer service enjoyable The Bibimbap was very good and nice to have kimchi and miso, please get the hot...
