This restaurant has a nice variety of Korean food. They are busy at peak times and the food is hot and fresh. The staff all seem to be busy but the one thing lacking is good customer service. I'm a bit old fashioned but I don't like being treated like a robot. Each customer deserves cheerful and friendly service. It was chaotic with people who had placed their orders mixed up with people who hadn't. Read moreThis place was great when they first opened and it's okay when it's busy, but they pre-cook their chicken and leave it to die under the heat lamp. So if it's not busy you're going to get old dry chicken. I've asked a few times if they would cook me a fresh batch, but they refuse so I won't go there anymore for chicken. The hotdogs and ramyun are good tho.

Read moreInvercargill Central. Food is hit and miss, Sometimes dry. Sauce is nice. But the big issue is customer service and price. My 4 year old son spent 10$ on 5 small peices of chicken, only to accidently drop them almost immediately. The server looked us in the eyes and charged us 10$ again for the same small bottle of chicken. Understandable but some customer service and empathy goes a long way. Especially when you charge the way you do. Not recommended....
