Toasted — Restaurant in Invercargill City

Every time I visit Invercargill, I go to Toasted. The bagels (jalapeño or rosemary sea salt being my favourites) are so good and the combination options they have are amazing. So far I’ve had the most of the salmon/caper style, the basil/lemon sauce is so good, and recently I had the more traditional breakfast one - bacon, egg, hashbrown (yum), and BBQ sauce. The only problem with trying new ones is now I don’t know what to make my “regular” because they are all so good. My personal favorite is the rosemary and sea salt bagel topped with just butter. My husband, who is less of a salt fanatic (and consequently probably has much better blood pressure than I do) swears by the everything bagel.

The Breaky on a cheese bagel was perfect as a calm yet delicious and decadent breakfast. On the other hand, the Holy Guacamole on a jalapeño bagel had a great kick of heat and worked really well.
