Subway — Restaurant in Kaikōura

I'm not sure if these ladies need a new job or if they enjoy making fun of people ? ,Or what!? They seem very sarcastic,glary eyed disinterested and rude. My son was very polite and the lady snarkily asked him to repeat everything,the my gluten free son was asked sarcastically' do I need to change my gloves' while waving her hands in the air sarcasticly. My husband walked in with my autistic son and started to tell me what he wanted and was rudely told 'off the buzzer don't eat other food in here'. Awful service! We just came here with family from overseas, it's their first time so they don't know what/how to order, the senior lady was rude and rushing us but there was nobody behind us. In fact, compare to some other subways this one is quiet. The other Indian looking young lady also tried to rush us. We had to order without thinking and get everything done rapidly, they already know it's our family's first time here as they don't even speak English, but they rushed us to pick everything within seconds as if we eat here everyday. Super super rude and disrespectful. I wouldn't recommend anyone as a tourist...

Customer service is no existent in this place. The person working behind the counter was rude after I told him that he had made my order incorrectly and blamed it on me that I wasn't paying attention to him making the sandwich and that I told him the order wrong. He then proceeded to have an attitude with me and the fact he would have to make me another sandwich.

If he had just apologised and made me a new sandwich there wouldn't have been an issue, the fact he made blamed it on me and had an attitude led me to walk out of the store and not...
