Dumpling Ace — Restaurant in Kaipātiki

I’m a fan of Xi’an Noodles, and I noticed a similar noodle shop next to it. Today, instead of going to Xi’an, I decided to try this new place.

I had the sour and spicy beef noodles, while my partner had the pork belly noodles. The spice level was just right, and I love these thick noodles.

There’s quite a bit of cilantro, so if you’re not a fan, I’d recommend mentioning it to the waiter. Both the pork belly and beef portions were generous, and there were plenty of noodles.

The flatbread was not what I imagined – I expected something like a Korean pancake, but it was a thin, crispy, and light texture. It was delicious.

I wonder if anyone finishes all of this? The portions were very satisfying, and the price was incredibly affordable.

We couldn’t finish everything, so we took half of it home.

It seems like a family-run business, and everyone was very friendly.

我是西安面馆的粉丝，今天我发现了它旁边有一家类似的面馆。所以今天没有去西安面馆，而是决定尝试这家新店。

我点了酸辣牛肉面，我的伴侣点了五花肉面。辣度刚刚好，而且我非常喜欢这些粗面条。

面里有很多香菜，所以不喜欢香菜的人建议提前告诉服务员。五花肉和牛肉的份量都很足，面条也很多。

我原本以为那种扁平面包会像韩国的煎饼，但实际上它是薄薄的、脆脆的，口感非常轻盈，好吃极了。

我在想，大家能吃完这些吗？份量真的很足，价格非常实惠。

我们没能吃完，所以打包带走了一半。

看起来像是家族经营的餐馆，店员都非常友好。

私は西安ヌードルのファンで、西安ヌードルの隣に似たようなヌードルショップがあることに気づきました。

今日は西安ヌードルではなく、新しいお店に挑戦することにしました。

私は酸っぱくて辛いビーフヌードルを、パートナーはポークベリーヌードルを注文しました。

とても良い辛さで、この太い麺が大好きです。

コリアンダーがたっぷり入っていて少し独特な風味があるので、コリアンダーが苦手な方はウェイターに伝えたほうが良いかもしれません。

ポークベリーもビーフもたくさん入っていて、麺の量も十分です。

フラットブレッドは、私は韓国のチヂミのようなものを想像していましたが、それとは違い、サクサクの薄くて軽い食感で美味しかったです。

これをみんな本当に食べきれるのでしょうか？...

This is a superb cheap food place far down the paved mall of Northcote shops. Ordering was friendly and easy, and the food is great. We particularly like the steamed pork and chive dumplings, lamb skewers, cucumber salad, and the sweet fried eggplant - all excellent choices. Ordered a beef noodle soup to takeaway. My personal opinion is that the soup was very oily but the broth was still tasty. However because of the oil, it stopped me from drinking the soup. The beef in the noodle soup was very fatty too and barely any meat. $17 for a bowl of noodle, I reckon there could be a bigger portion of the beef. I liked the texture of the noodle, great chewiness.
